Almost all the same brushes with the addition of a palette knife. I like the results of a palette knife after scraping on the canvas. It gives you a "Ghost" of what was there and removes the confusion. Then by applying a few fresh and correct strokes, your left with a beautiful suggestion. Thus allowing the viewer to add the most important ingredient...Imagination!
